Fingerstyle Guitarist and Falling Mountain founder Michael DeLalla is arriving in his new Colorado home in style, with a performance at the Boulder International Fringe Festival. Michael will be performing with Oxymora bandmate Craig Matovich (oboe, flute, English horn) and Sam Fuqua (bass) as special guests on Thursday Aug 21, 8:30 at the Laughing Goat Coffeehouse, 1709 Pearl St. in Boulder.
The Fringe, emulating a historic festival that spontaneously erupted in Edinburgh Scotland in 1947 encourages audiences and artists alike to approach the arts with a feeling of spontaneity and willingness to take risks, experience life and live art in a fresh new way. For over 50 years International Fringe Festivals around the world have been generating an atmosphere of lively excitement and energy that engages the community.
The festival will present 70 music, theater and dance performances in 14 venues all over Boulder from August 14-25; tickets are available at www.boulderfringe.com.
